Emanuel Cernat este Managing Partner și unul dintre fondatorii companiei Corporate Affairs Strategies. Anterior, Emanuel a lucrat în cadrul companiei americane McGuireWoods, companie de consultanță de renume, activă pe piața din Romania până la sfârșitul anului 2019, unde a coordonat departamentele de servicii financiare și comerț internațional, fiind activ implicat și în sprijinirea clienților companiei în varii sectoare cheie.
Înainte de a activa în domeniului consultanței, Emanuel a fost diplomat de carieră, dobândind de-a lungul anilor o remarcabilă experiență în sectorul public, în calitate de consilier personal pentru mai mulți miniștri ai Afacerilor Externe, precum și Consilier Diplomatic al mai multor miniștri gestionând portofolii precum dezvoltarea regională, mediul de afaceri și turismul. De-a lungul carierei sale diplomatice, a fost implicat în multiple proiecte de mare anvergură, a sprijinit demararea şi dezvoltarea unor investiții străine cheie, a facut parte din numeroase misiuni comerciale, lucrând îndeaproape cu toate instituțiile administrației publice centrale, misiunile diplomatice ale României în străinătate și ambasadele acreditate în România.
La începutul carierei sale, Emanuel a avut șansa de a-și începe cariera în cadrul Ministerului Integrării Europene, de unde a plecat pentru a coordona un ambițios proiect educațional derulat de către United Nations Development Programme în România.
Expertiza sa în domeniul comunicării strategice este completată de către backgroundul sau academic, având un doctorat în domeniul comunicării audio-vizuale obținut în anul 2012.

Ms. Anamaria Diaconescu is the Director of the Hellenic Romanian Bilateral Chamber of Commerce since 2017. Previous to this position, she was a banker by profession for more than 15 years, working for reputable banking institutions in Greece and Romania.
Ms. Diaconescu has graduated the Executive MBA from University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece in 2005 and International Law and Economic Relations from the University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece in 2000.
In her current job, she works close with the Embassy of Greece to Romania for promoting Greece and the interests of the Greek community in Romania.
Ștefan-Adrian Roșeanu

Ștefan-Adrian Roșeanu is the President of the Romanian Railway Reform Authority, independent body under the coordination of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (MTI).
With almost two decades of experience in rail and urban public transport, as well as project management, Mr. Roșeanu has worked in consultancy provided by companies in Romania and Austria. Many of the projects coordinated included services provided for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank.
Mr. Roșeanu has also served in management and advisory capacities for state entities. As such, he was CEO of SNTFC CFR Călători SA, the incumbent rail passenger operator in Romania and an advisor to the leadership of the MTI, as well as the Bucharest–Ilfov Public Transport Authority.
During his career, Mr. Roșeanu had multi-annual collaborations with professional bodies like the Romanian Association for Metropolitan Mobility, the Romanian Railway Industry Association and the Railway Pro platform of Club Feroviar. He is also a member of the UN ECE Working Party on Transport Trends and Economics.
Mr. Roșeanu holds a M.Sc.in Transportation Civil Engineering, from the Technical University of Civil Engineering of Bucharest, as well as a BA and a MA in History, from the University of Bucharest. He is also the co-author of several publications related to investments in public transportation, urban planning and sustainable mobility.

Doru Dragomir is by definition, an Entrepreneur: seeking opportunities, fast in starting up and
experienced with the Romanian business environment since 1996 and international one since
2004.
Working for over 20 years in private sector - corporations, entrepreneurial companies, NGO’s -,
he is experienced in running large fast-pace operations and he has confronted for many years
not only with the difficulties of personnel turnover and increasingly mobile labor market, but
also with significant macro-economic difficulties (the huge inflation of 1996 in Romania,
significant market contraction from 2008-2009 on global economies, etc).
Currently he is the president of the Bilateral Chamber of Commerce Bulgaria – Romania,
organization with offices in Sofia (Bulgaria) and Bucharest (Romania) that promotes and spurs
the industry and the trade between the two countries. With over 58 members from the both
countries, coming from 28 different industries, BCCBR is the main business support organization
in the lower Danube region for local and regional companies but also for foreign investors
interested in the area.
He had graduated the Law School in 1999 and the EMBA at Asebuss & Michael J Coles College
from Kennesaw State University, Atlanta, Georgia in 2007, and now he is public speaker,
mentor, lector for Marketing and Management in Romanian National Academy of Sport
Coaches and private investor.
He is specialized in start-up & business development, operations management, general legal
experience, transportation & logistic, facility management and in customer care, collection &
fraud.
