The project „Together We Protect Romania” continues during 7-31 October 2024 with the „Bucharest Leaders’ Summit: Reporting for Duty”, in a new approach to the message of supporting Romania’s economic, social and geostrategic interests in the context of international challenges.
Organized by MediaUno Media Group together with the National Institute of Statistics, the Department for Sustainable Development of the Romanian Government and the MediaUno Association, this autumn’s edition, the 25th in the series of Together We Protect Romania events, provides a broader platform for multi-sectoral debate on the issues that keep the European agenda open.
Representatives of central and local authorities, decision-makers from the administrative and political areas, representatives of international institutions with an active role in the development and implementation of public policies, the business sector, experts and civil society representatives come together for an integrated and transnational analysis of the challenges facing Romanian society.
We propose debates on topics of interest in the current geopolitical and geostrategic context in strategic areas such as defense, energy, agriculture, education and health or in key areas for the economic and social development of the country: industry, transport and infrastructure, finance and banking, research and innovation, digitalization and cyber security, population and demography, environment and climate change, construction, trade and services.
On the occasion of this event, we aim to reiterate the national and international success of the previous editions, which brought together more than 2500 participants, with an average at each Summit of more than 400 speakers from Romania and abroad.
