Iulius Jipescu is an IATA Industry Manager Relations for Eastern Europe. His background is related to the legal field, Iulius being a lawyer, member of the Bucharest Bar since 2003.
His area of expertise includes a wide range of fields, but the most relevant is aviation law.
He holds a master’s degree in business law and postgraduate studies in diplomatic law (Romanian Diplomatic Institute) as well as an IATA International Air Law Diploma and a British Law Diploma (awarded by British Law Centre – Bucharest University, Law Faculty).
He was also a lecturer at Romanian University – Law Faculty and at Nicolae Titulescu University – Law Faculty in the aviation law domain.
He is constantly lobbying and advocating for the aviation industry’s interest in front of authorities, governments, and other significant players in the industry.

Alexandra began her aviation career in 2004 when she was employed as check-in agent in the Passenger Services Department of Romanian Airport Services.
She graduated Finance and Banking Faculty with Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and for a short period of time she worked in the Bank industry.
After joining aviation industry she decided to build a career and went through all handling sectors: check-in, lost and found, load control.
Alexandra became the General Manager of Romanian Airport Services in March 2009 where, since February 2009, she has been the Operations Manager. Her main focus was to improve the position of Romanian Airport Services in the Romanian market and to create together with the airports a safe and competitive environment for the customer airlines.
Alexandra’s specialties include the delivery of profitable growth, strategic planning, customer retention, relationship management, leadership, negotiation, project management and the innovative development of opportunities.

Known especially as one of the best communicators in the area of public institutions, Valentin Iordache is also a renowned specialist, consultant and lecturer, internationally recognized, in the field of civil aviation and communication.
He has over 25 years of experience in aviation, and since 1998, he has consistently held top positions in the management of Henri Coandă Airport, and later of Compania Nationale Aeroporturi Bucharest (CNAB). Since 2001, he has also been the company's spokesperson.
He is a doctor in industrial engineering and the first Romanian (and one of the first ten Europeans) certified International Airport Professional by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Airport Council (ACI). He is a member of several civil aviation working groups, ICAO international expert and consultant on airport management and development.
It is one of the main organizers of large-scale events: the NATO Summit and the Francophonie Summit - airport activities - organized in Bucharest, Otopeni Air Show and Bucharest Air Show (2009-2023), but also the UEFA Europa League final from 2012 and EURO2020.
He also leads the team that organizes CNAB promotion events, including international specialized forums and fairs.

He currently leads the operations of the WECO Travel group in Romania and the Republic of Moldova. He started his activity in 1992 within the airline company Jaro International, then he worked at the airline company DAC Air. In 1998 he started his entrepreneurial activity, opening his own travel agency, from which he made a partial exit in 2007, the company being taken over by the Danish group WECO, with activities in Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania. He graduated in 1996 from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies - Faculty of Cybernetics, and in 2012 he obtained the title of Doctor in Economics, majoring in Management with the thesis: "Coaching - management development tool. An application in the field of air transport services."
After working as a student in the field of financial, accounting and economic evaluation, he started his career in the commercial area at the TAROM company in 1997. He worked as a representative of the TAROM company in Israel between 2004 - 2006 and in Turkey between 2010 - 2020. During my professional career I coordinated the sales departments, customer relations or commercial management.
He is a member of Skal International Bucharest since 2018 and Chairman APJC since 2023.

Anca Apahidean has 30 years of Aviation experience involving Aircraft Construction, Technical Operations, Customer Service and Relationship Management, Sales & Business Development, as well as Global industry affairs and Financial distribution systems, gained in numerous roles in the airline sector. She is trained as an Aircraft Engineer with advanced studies in Corporate Governance and Sustainability, Aviation Project Management, Sales and Business Administration, Strategic Thinking, and International Relations.
Since November 2010, Anca has been Area Manager Eastern Europe, managing all IATA activities in the region, working closely with governments, airport authorities, ANSPs, member airlines, and other industry stakeholders. Between 2008 and 2010, Anca has been part of IATAs Simplifying the Business team as Program Manager Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS, managing the transition to 100% electronic ticketing and automated passenger processes.
Before joining IATA in 2006 as Country Manager Romania and Moldova, Anca worked for 10 years in the British Airways office in Bucharest as Customer Services at the Airport, Finance Executive, Account Manager for Travel Agents, Town office Supervisor, and Commercial Executive.
Before British Airways, she was a Flight Attendant Instructor and accredited Romanian Civil Aviation Authority Cabin Safety Inspector, providing ground and in-flight training for flight attendants.

Ștefan-Adrian Roșeanu

Ștefan-Adrian Roșeanu is the President of the Romanian Railway Reform Authority, independent body under the coordination of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (MTI).
With almost two decades of experience in rail and urban public transport, as well as project management, Mr. Roșeanu has worked in consultancy provided by companies in Romania and Austria. Many of the projects coordinated included services provided for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank.
Mr. Roșeanu has also served in management and advisory capacities for state entities. As such, he was CEO of SNTFC CFR Călători SA, the incumbent rail passenger operator in Romania and an advisor to the leadership of the MTI, as well as the Bucharest–Ilfov Public Transport Authority.
During his career, Mr. Roșeanu had multi-annual collaborations with professional bodies like the Romanian Association for Metropolitan Mobility, the Romanian Railway Industry Association and the Railway Pro platform of Club Feroviar. He is also a member of the UN ECE Working Party on Transport Trends and Economics.
Mr. Roșeanu holds a M.Sc.in Transportation Civil Engineering, from the Technical University of Civil Engineering of Bucharest, as well as a BA and a MA in History, from the University of Bucharest. He is also the co-author of several publications related to investments in public transportation, urban planning and sustainable mobility.

Iuliana Badea, secretar general al Uniunii Societăților de Expediții din România (USER), are o experiență profesională de peste 29 de ani în domeniul transporturilor, logisticii și expedițiilor de marfă și a fost implicată în multiple proiecte de amploare în acest sens.
Demonstrând abilități sociale de lucru în echipă, flexibilitate, adaptabilitate, calități organizatorice și leadership, a ocupat mereu poziții de top în cadrul companiilor la care a activat, iar din 2017, în cadrul uniunii.
Deține multiple certificări, precum Diploma FIATA în Expediții de Mărfuri, Certificat de participare la webinarul INCOTERMS 2020, Diploma în Managementul activităților cu clienții din domeniul serviciilor și altele.
Ordinea și rigoarea au ajutat-o în elaborarea unui standard ocupațional pentru expeditorul rutier de marfă, aprobat de Consiliul pentru Standarde și Atestări Ocupaționale (COSA), implementarea și auditul sistemului de calitate ISO 9002:2000, dar și a numeroase proiecte și concepte cu un grad ridicat de noutate în scopul creșterii eficienței companiilor din domeniu.
Funcția actuală în cadrul USER i-a oferit șansa de a-și pune în practică abilitățile de sinteză, creație, structurare, prin elaborarea Cursurilor complete de expediții de marfă, organizate în conformitate cu actualele Standarde FIATA. Pasiunea pentru educație, pentru calitate și pentru a forma într-un mod corect cât mai mulți expeditori, a fost motorul organizării acestor cursuri, la care doamna Iuliana Badea este și lector, având Certificat de formator – autorizat de Ministerul Muncii și Solidarității Sociale și de Ministerul Educației.
În prezent, pe lângă celelalte activități derulate în calitate de secretar general USER, organizează și supervizează cu pasiune toate evenimentele și conferințele uniunii, în scopul reprezentării și promovării rolului societăților de expediții în economie, dar participă inclusiv la forumurile și târgurile internaționale de specialitate.

Demonstrating social skills of teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, organizational qualities and leadership, she always occupied top positions within the companies he worked for, and since 2017, within the association.

Order and rigor helped her in the development of an occupational standard for the road freight forwarder, approved by the Council for Occupational Standards and Certifications (COSA), the implementation and audit of the ISO 9002:2000 quality system, but also numerous projects and concepts with a high degree of novelty in order to increase the efficiency of companies in the field.
The current position within USER has given her the chance to put into practice her skills of synthesis, creation, structuring, by developing the Complete Freight Forwarding Courses, organized according to the current FIATA Standards. The passion for education, for quality and to properly train as many freight forwarders as possible, was the driving force behind the organization of these courses, at which Mrs. Iuliana Badea is also a lecturer, having a Trainer's Certificate - authorized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity and Ministry of Education.
Currently, in addition to the other activities carried out as the general secretary of USER, she passionately organizes and supervises all the events and conferences of the association, in order to represent and promote the role of freight forwarding companies in the economy, but she also participates in international specialized forums and fairs.
