Born in Bologna in 1986, she graduated in European and International Affairs from the University of Trento in 2012, and joined the Italian Foreign Affairs Ministry as a diplomat in 2013. She served for 3 years as Deputy Head of the Office in charge of personnel recruitment within the Directorate General for Human Resources, Budget and Innovation.
From 2016 to 2020 she’s been Deputy Consul General in Guangzhou, China, dealing with commercial issues as well as cultural, political and consular affairs and the general running of the Consulate General.
In August 2020 she has taken up her new position at the Embassy of Italy in Bucharest.
She speaks fluent English and French, and little Mandarin.
