Mrs. Daniela Cireașa holds the position of President of the Association of Privacy and Data Protection Specialists (ASCPD), is co-author of the GDPR Applied work tool, lecturer at events on personal data protection in Romania, DPO and International Certified Trainer, winner together with the team of the title of "Best DPO in Romania" in June 2019, author and co-author of numerous articles published in the "Romanian Magazine for security and protection of personal data", "Curierul Juridic", juridice.ro, dpo-net.ro. Daniela Cireașa is also a consultant on legal issues, consultant in the protection of personal data and Data Protection Officer, founder of Netspace and President of the CONAF Brăila Branch (National Confederation of Female Entrepreneurship). As a member of CONAF, she initiated the Marathon for Entrepreneurial Education, a project that expanded nationally in 2023 with her as project leader. The project addresses high school students and offers the opportunity to present their business plans in front of successful entrepreneurs, business angels and investors.

Andrian Candu has experience and knowledge of developing businesses projects in different industries, understanding of the emerging markets in Eastern Europe. Communication and leadership, as well as passion for working with multi-national teams, have provided him with skills, which could be of benefit for any regional or international projects.
Andrian has received a law degree from University in Cluj (Romania) and master’s degree in International Tax Law from Vienna University of Business and Economics. In the last few years, he has been combining the knowledge of both, focusing on many areas of law and economics. Besides his native Romanian, he is fluent in English and Russian.
With over 20 years of experience in private corporations and public affairs, he has gained significant experience and faced different challenges.
His international experience began with Moldovan PwC team, providing business advisory services, corporate and individual tax planning, acquisitions and restructuring services to the clients. He has succeeded to set up the best team on the market and assisted clients in achieving the best performances on the Moldovan market.
After eight years in PwC, he received a proposal to lead the biggest group of companies in Moldova, with entities specialized in real estate, hospitality, finance-banking and media industries. Being empowered by the shareholders, as the CEO of the group, in a few months, he set up a management team; restructured the group on international level (developing the best tax corporate structure); brought in the corporate culture and standards; also developed new businesses in different industries.
One year later he has started the political career, gradually holding positions as Member of the Parliament, Deputy Prime-minister and Minister of Economy, and finally as Speaker of the Moldovan Parliament.
Being in politics, he has gotten better understanding of public affairs, strongly improved his communication and public appearance skills and built strong and trustful relationship with foreign political leaders, prominent businessmen and notorious think-tankers.
Ioana Crihana

Ioana Crihana is working, for more than 20 years, in various leadership positions in highly competitive business entities: a government institution, a national newspaper, a well-known Romanian Branding & Advertising Agency, a multinational ICT corporation and in the most representative National Library Association in Romania - ANBPR.
Getting involved in several development projects, Ioana Crihana has expertise in creating, restructuring and revitalizing different products, services and organizational structures, and, also, in the implementation of some business plans and strategies for sustainability, both in private and institutional environment.
In her position of CEO within ANBPR, the most representative professional association of public libraries in Romania, with a network of 41 county branches, bringing together over 3300 individual and institutional members, recognized by the Romanian Government as a public utility association, Ioana Crihana has substantially contributed to increase the Operational Department's performance as an operational management structure and to strengthen the ANBPR’s organizational capacity in projects field.
Her main objective as a CEO was to achieve the organizational and financial autonomy of the Association through a strategic repositioning in the relationship with its partners, its own members, governmental decision-makers and the community at large. To achieve this, Ioana Crihana was in charge with bringing together all the players involved in the organizational development process: ANBPR’s leadership, members of the organization, project partners, external collaborators, mass media, and representatives of the authorities, similar associations, financiers and other stakeholders.
As a binder of the emancipation ideas in terms of librarianship, Ioana Crihana was involved in large programs and initiatives that aim reforming the cultural field. In her quality of CEO of ANBPR, she has been involved in a series of partnership brokering activities in order to implement the most important national program of IT competences for public libraries - BIBLIONET – The world in my library, with a budget of 26.9 million US dollars.
The most impactful program in the ANBPR’s portfolio, Biblionet represents the largest private investment in introducing technology in public libraries in Romania, part of the Global Libraries Initiative of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, program that positively changed the life of Romanian communities, especially of the persons belonging to the vulnerable groups or with limited access to training opportunities and exposed to the risk of social exclusion.
